When will the laundry be delivered?

We will agree a suitable day with you.

How do I leave my laundry for collection?

You can leave your laundry in a laundry bag/basket or garbage bag. Any reusable bag will be returned with your clean laundry.

Do I need coathangers for ironing?

Yes, if you have hangers please leave them with your items for collection. Hangers are charged at 50c each.

Can I drop my laundry to you?

There is no need to deliver or collect. This is part of our service and travel charges will apply regardless.

Do you dryclean?

We do not offer a dry cleaning service.

Can I arrange a regular laundry service?

Absolutely! Please let us know when you complete the online form.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

Please let us know if any thing does not meet your expectations. We will be happy to rewash or provide you a full refund.

What if an item is damaged during your service.

The Laundry Tub take no responsibility for damage caused by any items left in or within the laundry (eg, paper, pens, pins, nails, screws etc).

The Laundry Tub will endeavour to separate in to suitable colour palettes however we do not take any responsibility for colours bleeding or fading.

The Laundry Tub will not take any responsibility for damage that occurs through the normal course of the laundry process.

What if you don't get a stain out?

We will endeavour to remove blemishes however we are not able to remove all markings.

What is your privacy policy?

We will not give your personal data to any third party other than any service providers engaged by The Laundry Tub.

How do I pay?

We will text through the cost and bank details once your laundry as been sorted and weighed. Bank Transfer is our preferred method.

Commercial clients will be invoiced. Payment terms will be agreed individually.
