The Laundry Tub is a fun family business who are really keen to add value. While laundry is not particularly glamorous, we like to think that we can add a bit of sparkle. Don't worry - not to your laundry, but to your day. ;)

Our very special clientele include local households and small to medium sized businesses, who appreciate the service of a local partner.

We work hard to earn your respect and trust. With many of our commercial partners supplying us keys and swipe cards, allowing us to truly operate as a part of your internal operation.

We pride ourselves on our discrete and non-intrusive manner and we ensure the clean towels are always stacked high, so you can put your energies elsewhere.

We are born and bred West Aussies, and we are passionate about our business, our community and providing a first class service to our customers.

We will agree a suitable day with you.
You can leave your laundry in a laundry bag/basket or garbage bag.  Any reusable bag will be returned with your clean laundry.
Yes, if you have hangers please leave them with your items for collection.  Hangers are charged at 50c each.
There is no need to deliver or collect.  This is part of our service and travel charges will apply regardless.
We do not offer a dry cleaning service.
Absolutely!  Please let us know when you complete the online form.
Please let us know if any thing does not meet your expectations.  We will be happy to rewash or provide you a full refund.
The Laundry Tub take no responsibility for damage caused by any items left in or within the laundry (eg, paper, pens, pins, nails, screws etc).

The Laundry Tub will endeavour to separate in to suitable colour palettes however we do not take any responsibility for colours bleeding or fading.

The Laundry Tub will not take any responsibility for damage that occurs through the normal course of the laundry process.

We will endeavour to remove blemishes however we are not able to remove all markings.
We will not give your personal data to any third party other than any service providers engaged by The Laundry Tub.
We will text through the cost and bank details once your laundry as been sorted and weighed.  Bank Transfer is our preferred method.

Commercial clients will be invoiced.  Payment terms will be agreed individually.
